Our services
For Buyers Agents
So you got into contract... All Transactions under 1 million dollars have a standard fee of $500.00 a transaction. Anything over 1 million dollars will be charged at a rate of 5% of the agent's commission.

For Listing Agents
Listing's take more paperwork and time.... All transactions under 1 million dollars will have a standard fee of $650.00 a transaction. Anything over a million dollars will be charged at a rate of 6.5% of the Listing Agents Commission

Dual Agency
Representing Both the buyer and Seller? All transactions under 1 million dollars will have a standard fee of $750 a transaction. Anything over a million dollars will be charged at a rate of 7.5% of the agents commission
